Carlos J. Falcón-Rivera joined the firm in February of 2025. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Falcón-Rivera rendered professional legal services Pertaining to labor law regulations for the purpose of addressing administrative matters on behalf of a governmental entity.
Mr. Falcón-Rivera holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, where he majored in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico where he graduated in May of 2022, and was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in January of 2023.
During law school, Mr. Falcón Rivera was part of the editorial body of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review’s 88th and 90th volumes. In 2021to 2022 he served as a Research Assistant to Professor Chloé Geor as, where he collaborated on high-impact legal research projects focusing on emerging issues such as cyber space regulations. Assisted in the development and writing of research proposals and scholarly articles, contributing to the broader discourse on gender issues and digital law.
Furthermore, through 2018 until 2023, Mr. Falcón Rivera served as paralegal, providing support on cases concerning civil liability and medical malpractice claims.
