Cristina M. Quiles-Torres joined Sepulvado, Maldonado & Couret as an associate in May 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she managed civil litigation before federal and state courts, specializing in mass torts, class actions, and complex litigation.
Cristina graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2020. During her studies, she served as an editor for the Puerto Rico Bar Association Law Review and was the student representative for Westlaw, a specialized legal research database covering State Law, Federal Law, and Law Reviews. She gained practical experience in civil and criminal litigation through her work at the Legal Assistance Clinic.
In the public sector, Cristina worked at the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico, contributing to policy and regulations for the Urban Development Commission.
Cristina is licensed to practice law and serves as a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
