Gerardo Cruz Ortiz joined Sepulvado Maldonado & Couret as an associate in April 2023. He works closely with clients to define and pursue their desired litigation objectives whether it be through early pretrial motions, favorable settlement, trial, arbitration, or other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Clients rely on Gerardo for his ability to craft legal strategies that meet clients’ business goals and pave the way to success in future endeavors across the business landscape in Puerto Rico.
