Sepulvado, Maldonado & Couret, is a law firm based in Hato Rey, right in the heart of Puerto Rico’s financial district. Ever since its founding, in 2005, Sepulvado, Maldonado & Couret has dedicated mostly to counceling and commercial litigation in a broad range of areas. Since then, the attorneys of Sepulvado, Maldonado & Couret have built longstanding relationships with numerous companies that have had a positive and lasting effect on Puerto Rico’s economy, society, and culture. OUR ATTORNEYS

Viewing its clients as business partners, the attorneys at Sepulvado, Maldonado & Couret possess significant experience in both public and private sectors. Some of our counsels have worked in Fortune 500 companies, served as attorneys for the United States’ Attorney’s Office, clerked for the Puerto Rico Supreme Court and the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals, or acted as in-house counsels for major multinational corporations. Given their experience and skills, they make it a point to thoroughly understand each client’s business and approach each legal issue methodically to close a deal fast, and in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
